What an amazing night at #WeAreSFSD's first Stargazing Night! 🌠 Despite some clouds, everyone enjoyed a stellar presentation by Matthew Ryno from The Milwaukee Astronomical Society. Thanks to the PTO for the hot cocoa and treats, and to the NHS students for helping with planet prints on t-shirts. Plus, we unveiled our new telescopes, which are available for checkout! The "Many Songs, One Voice" concert showcased #WeAreSFSD 2nd and 3rd graders performing multicultural music, dance, puppetry, and poetry, highlighting global expressions and concluding with a message of unity and peace.
Second graders in Mrs. Magyar's class had a great time as they gobbled up the story "A Turkey for Thanksgiving"! After the tale, these little #WeAreSFSD artists put their creative wings to work and crafted their very own turkeys. Talk about a flock of talent! 🦃

This past week in art with Mrs. Easton, 3rd Grade has been designing their own "I Voted" stickers! A huge thank you to the PTO who will be printing them off so they can be distributed at all the polling locations in St. Francis!

Mrs. Magyar's 2nd-grade class had an unforgettable day filled with excitement as they learned all about fire safety from the St. Francis Fire Department! Touring the fire truck and ambulance was the highlight, leaving our young #WeAreSFSD learners inspired and informed. 🚒👩🚒✨
